A little bit about me

Hi, I’m Kevin Keleher, a personal trainer with over 20 years of experience in the gym and a lifelong passion for fitness. Ever since I first stepped into the gym, I’ve been hooked on the challenge of pushing myself both mentally and physically. Over the years, this dedication has become more than just a personal journey, it’s turned into a mission to help others discover their potential and achieve incredible results.

I believe fitness is about more than just aesthetics, it’s about building strength, resilience, and confidence that carries over into every aspect of life. My approach focuses on tailoring programs to each individual, helping them unlock their capabilities, whether they’re stepping into the gym for the first time or aiming to hit the next level in their training. Seeing my clients transform not only their bodies but their mindsets is what drives me every day.

Outside the gym, I have a passion for endurance sports. I’m a dedicated runner, cyclist, and Hyrox athlete. These pursuits have taught me the value of discipline, perseverance, and setting goals. Lessons I incorporate into my coaching to inspire and empower my clients. I have over 20 years of gym experience, along with level 3 professional training certifications that enable me to guide clients safely and effectively. My background includes a strong passion for fitness, endurance sports like running and cycling, and specialised training in Hyrox. I stay up to date with the latest techniques and trends to ensure you’re getting the best guidance possible.

How do you customise workout plans to meet individual goals?

Every client is unique, so I take the time to understand your fitness level, goals, and any limitations you may have. We’ll start with an initial consultation and assessment to determine the best approach for you. From there, I’ll design a program tailored to your needs, whether it’s weight loss, strength building, endurance, or overall fitness. Your plan will evolve as you progress to keep things fresh and challenging.

What kind of results can I expect, and how long will it take?

Results depend on your starting point, goals, and consistency, but most clients see noticeable improvements in strength, endurance, and energy levels within the first few weeks. Long-term results, like significant weight loss or muscle building, typically take a few months of consistent effort. Do I need to have any prior fitness experience to work with you?

Yes! While I’m not a dietitian, I can provide general nutrition advice and help you create healthy eating habits that align with your fitness goals. Proper nutrition is a key component of achieving results, and I’ll guide you on how to fuel your body effectively for both workouts and recovery.

How do you keep clients motivated?

I believe motivation comes from setting clear, achievable goals and celebrating progress along the way. I’ll make your workouts enjoyable, challenging, and varied to keep things interesting. Plus, I’ll be your biggest cheerleader, holding you accountable and reminding you why you started on this journey in the first place.
